Ora Group Shares The Importance of Hard Work

Ora Group Shares The Importance of Hard Work

Hard work is something that should not be underrated. Many times individuals see success for others or their lifestyle and wonder how they came to get it all. Success doesn’t happen overnight. From the outside, it only looks that way but in reality, there was a tremendous amount of effort, hard work and diligence put into reaching that highest potential some individuals show us. “At Ora Group, we always implement tools and techniques to make sure that we’re challenging ourselves to reach our highest potential. Once we understand the tools to be put in, we can properly work towards it and reach our end goals,” says Obi Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group.

One of the ways to work hard is to create diligence within yourself. Having perseverance and discipline helps us develop our mindset towards building momentum and hard work. When we organize ourselves to reach that highest potential, we know that our goals will eventually be achieved. The best advice we can give regarding working hard is to be yourself and truly challenge yourself. When an individual is not challenged, they lost interest and back away from a situation or task. The task should be to shape our mindset and build ourselves towards the next goal and target.

“We have weekly goals and targets we like to reach at Ora Group. All these require hard work, and because of that we’re able to push through and portray different kinds of tools to enable our abilities. We’re always happy to be challenged because we know it helps us with our mindset and abilities,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group. Working hard and having a strong mentality means that we’re pushing ourselves to success. We’re helping our qualities and characteristics match our mindset and actions which means we want to work hard to achieve our end goal.

Ora Group International’s CEO Gives Impactful Speech at Leader’s Conference

Recently at a business and industry leaders conference, our CEO at Ora Group International gave a heartfelt speech about gratuity and getting into the field of business and marketing. Being grateful goes a long way when individuals feel like they are getting something and acknowledging the fact that they are being presented with blessings, it helps them open up pathways to even more. It is a type of positive mindset, and it helps us see just where we are in life, professionally and personally. “The reason why this industry is amazing is that it’s so fast-paced, it has incentives such as travel, and it helps you get more from life while establishing yourself in your career. I had to check this field out for myself and when I did, I thought it was amazing,” says Obi Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group.

The best part about being grateful and acknowledging that we love our career and job is that we know it helps us reach our highest potential. We’re always competing to be the best and reaching every bar, as well as the standards we want to set. “Knowing that we’re able to truly reach the highest means that we are valuing our abilities. That itself at Ora Group is tremendous,” says Obi Shorinwa. Another significant aspect of this field is that we get to have just the right amount of freedom. It’s work hard, play hard. We feel the fruit of our labor at the end of the day by the way we perform and complete tasks.

Steve Jobs had once said, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.” This field is the perfect choice for those that want to see success happen right in front of them and we’re glad that after all this time Ora Group and its team has been heading in the right direction with immense success and growth.

Ora Group Reviews The Champion League Final: Liverpool vs. Real Madrid

Ora Group was excited and anxious to be watching the big game this past Saturday. The two champion teams and powerhouses met for a battle to compete for the Champion League Final. The match was between Liverpool and Real Madrid. This is the most anticipated game of the year mainly because these two teams are excellent in the way they play and defend their titles. Towards the end after much anxiousness and excitement, Real Madrid gained the victory over Liverpool leading the score by 3-1. According to the online paper, The Guardian, they write “Real won their third consecutive Champions League on an emotional night that will be remembered for Mo Salah’s heartbreak, Gareth Bale’s amazing goal and two hideous mistakes by Loris Karius.”

The one quality we admire about these two powerhouse teams is their equal persistence. “One of the qualities that we admire in individuals at Ora Group is their ability to push through despite any adversities that get in the way,” says Obi Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group. Based off of this and the game on Saturday, stats show that Real Madrid has become one of the first teams to win two champions three years in a row in a Champion League. Being able to have that persistence and drive is what makes Real Madrid push through and win and land championships, break records and become known for first places. It is also commendable that Liverpool put up an excellent challenge for Real Madrid to come forward on.

“One of our favorite moves and plays from the game was Gareth Bale’s score just two minutes after coming off the bench. It became known as one of the fastest goals scored by a substitute in a Champion League final in years,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group. This game was exhilarating, and it showed us that if you have the drive, competition, and motivation, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. This game has taught us that strive and perseverance means that you can inevitably lead you and your crew to victory.

Ora Group International Reviews: “How a Brain Dump Can Unlock Your Creativity”

We recently did some research on what helps us to be more creative. In the business and marketing industry, we need critical thinkers and creative minds to bring ideas to life. Creativity isn’t just for those in the arts field. It’s for strategies, methods, and innovators as well. “At Ora Group International we strive to be the best, and for that to happen, we need to be creative and maintain our edge. Our creative flow and innovative abilities make us different from the rest and due to that we are reputable for our strategies and methods,” says Obi Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group International.

According to Katherine Fusco the writer of the article “How a Brain Dump Can Unlock Your Creativity” she writes or knowledge workers, entrepreneurs and creatives, generating new ideas isn’t just nice; it’s an economic necessity. Ironically, though, making more content, posting new materials, reading and processing more information isn’t always the answer to achieving deeper creativity. As researchers Shira Baror and Moshe Bar from Bar-Ilan University’s Brain Research Center have found, individuals with a lot on their minds tend to be less creative. To arrive at this finding, the experimenters ran a word association test, while also giving some participants a list of very long numbers to remember at the beginning of the experiment and others very short numerical lists. What they found was that overwhelmingly the people given lots to keep track of before undertaking the creative word association task came up with the most common responses. Whereas the people who are given little to keep track of tended to have the most innovative and diverse word associations. Put simply, and less cognitive load meant more creativity.”

“Based on this research we can say that being able to declutter your mind helps to flow creativity. One of the ways we suggest to do this is by letting out any kind of anxiety, worry or thoughts in your head. The best way would be to write down everything on your mind so that something else is carrying that weight rather than you are,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group International. Also, we suggest starting your creative things during the morning time when your mind is fresh and active reminding yourself that you’re capable of bringing innovative abilities to yourself and work is something you should value and develop within yourself.

Ora Group Reviews: A Winning Mentality

Ora Group Reviews: A Winning Mentality

We appreciate and admire individuals that can play hard and work harder. At Ora Group, we place an importance on the idea that greatness appears in an individual’s life when they make significant changes, hold accountability and maintain focus. The first step is just to understand and create a mindset of a go-getter. “We know that it is important to have a winner’s mindset because what you believe, is what you will produce. If you believe you can reach high, then you will reach high when you find the proper tools to help you on your route,” says Obiora Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group. It not only is essential for someone as an individual to carry this mentality but it’s important because it holds a necessary quality for the organization they work with. What is a winning attitude though? For us at Ora Group, a winning mentality happens when individuals try and strive to be the best they can be because there is always something we can all improve on.

The number one thing to understand when developing a winner’s mentality is that you must be aware that challenges shape your mind. Focusing on anything challenges you, it pushes you to reach your goals which is a valuable aspect in helping you develop your winning mindset. For example, by practicing successful habits, you can figure out what you need to do to improve or keep at it. Take a look at athletes, why was Kobe Bryant from the NBA so successful? Why is he recognized all around the globe? It’s his winning mentality and confidence to be better each day. He has even come up with his own motto, the “Mamba mindset.” It’s the idea where you can reach whatever you set your mind towards. It is vital to understand that having a winner’s mentality will get you far and help you develop your goals.

“Give yourself critic and credit as well, from time to time when you know that you’re putting in the work to achieve what you want, make sure to note it down. Strive for continuous improvement and commit to being the person that makes up for any gaps or adversity coming your way,” says Obiora Shorinwa of Ora Group. Being successful does not come easy, and a winning mentality doesn’t either. Once you develop habits and slowly maintain an excellent positive mindset, in no time, you will be someone that holds a winner’s mentality.

Ora Group Shares The Importance of a Challenge

Ora Group Shares The Importance of a Challenge

In our fast-paced industry and world, being able to bring ideas and creativity to life is phenomenal. “As a business owner, I know the feeling of seeing methods and strategies work. A lot of people assume that great ideas just happen and flow for successful entrepreneurs — that is not true, it takes a great amount of work to implement any idea worthy of progress. After much process, the idea finally becomes something and is able to work towards achieving a goal,” says Obi Shorinwa, CEO of Ora Group. At Ora Group we believe in challenges. We believe that the more problems an individual faces, the higher their chances of reaching what they want without settling. So many individuals settle for things they don’t quite understand out of comfort or fear. Fear is something we do not want to take into account at Ora Group; it’s a negative quality that most people use as their escape from reality.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is that they get too comfortable. Once you realize you’re comfortable, that’s when you need to move, hustle and do something about it the most! Growth occurs when you challenge yourself. Ideas arise from inspiration and inspiration happens with you’re genuinely learning and developing your mindset in diverse environments,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group. The best part about this concept is that your innovative ideas will fuel you and you won’t want to be comfortable; it’ll bother you grasping the fact you’re in the same place as last year. “Challenges often push individuals to realize that they have potential,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group.

Understanding that you have potential is the most significant realization and factor in success. Knowing that you are capable of greater things means that you realize your worth and ability. Many individuals waste years stuck in one place because of fear and comfort. At Ora Group we provide progression, and we provide confidence in a sense that you can do anything you set your mind towards. It’s essential for every single human being to understand their potential and know that they can reach the moon and land amongst the stars if not that. This is precisely why we promote this mindset of growth and change regularly, it inspires us and makes us move.

Ora Group Shares Ted Talks 'The Power of Passion and Perseverance’

Ora Group Shares Ted Talks ‘The Power of Passion and Perseverance’

“In the entrepreneurial world, it’s important to understand that passion and perseverance will take you to great places. It’s also important to understand that passion is something, that when combined with hard work, will lead you to great lengths of success,” says Obiora Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group. In an interesting Ted Talks conference, Angela Lee Duckworth talks about the importance of this factor: passion and perseverance. She basically starts by mentioning that she took on a job as a math teacher in NY and she realized something after a while. She analyzed the difference between successful students and those that struggled.

Duckworth mentions, “Some of my smartest kids were not doing so well, and that got me thinking. The kinds of things you need to learn in seventh-grade math, sure, they’re hard: ratios, decimals, the area of a parallelogram. But these concepts are not impossible, and I was firmly convinced that every one of my students could learn the material if they worked hard and long enough. After several more years of teaching, I came to a much better understanding of students and learning from a motivational perspective. I left the classroom and started studying kids and adults in the psychological perspective in all kinds of super challenging settings. In every study, my question was: who is successful here and why?” We went to the national spelling bee and tried to predict which student would get far, and in all these different contexts, only one factor emerged: grit. Grit is passion and perseverance. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future day in and day out for years and working really hard to make that future your reality.”

At Ora Group, we found Angela Lee Duckworth’s speech to be quite motivational. In the marketing world, grit is exactly what you need to push you to succeed. “Many individuals give up because they fear the future. They fear they won’t make it. But that’s when grit will set you apart. It’ll help you develop your passion into making it a reality,” says Obiora Shorinwa of Ora Group. We instill this mindset into all individuals at our company and hope that everyone embodies grit, not just for their goals but as a lifestyle to hustle in everything you do.

Ora Group Reviews Overcoming Failures & Reaching The Top

Ora Group Reviews Overcoming Failures & Reaching The Top

The most significant lesson one can learn when they are on their journey to success is that adversities occur and that is normal. It is entirely okay to see that things are not going as planned, or a job you wanted wasn’t what you got. Anything you go through, every experience will lead you up to your potential on one condition. That one condition is persistence. “When you are persistent, there is nothing that can stop you from being who you are and where you want to go. The biggest idea behind this is that you are not a quitter. Situations in your way have come up to push for failure, but you as a whole are not a failure because you persist,” says Obi Shorinwa, managing director of Ora Group.

Studies show that majority of individuals will fail trying to achieve their goals or reaching their dreams. This doesn’t mean that they will fail entirely, but something will be a struggle, that struggle defines you, changes you or it breaks you. Persistence isn’t about giving up, it is about changing yourself, your tactics, your abilities to reach that one thing you truly desire and trying again. “Most people will forget that every route has difficulties and the route to success is not a walk in the park. Many people assume that the biggest leaders of our time became a sensation overnight. No, it’s not true — that success took years behind the screen to build and it came up in front of the public only after all that hard work was put forward,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group.

Our main advice to anyone who has a dream would be to push forward and accomplish what you love. Yes, failures happen. Rejection happens. But it should never stop you from getting what you want and what you desire. “Your ability to dream shows in itself that you’re capable of victory, but it’s only a matter of time, and you will achieve your goals and become what you see yourself as,” says Obi Shorinwa of Ora Group.
